So what’s the big deal? Everywhere we go, we come across something that has to do with “Wellness” or “Alternative Health” or “Natural Healing”, so much so that many of us have become numb to it, and rightfully so. The number of products, adds, and services coming at us from this field is staggering and, a lot of times, unclear. We have no idea if a product or service is going to work for us and the last thing we want to do is waste our time and money on something that adds no value.

If you’re not under a lot of stress and everything is going well, this might not be a big deal. However, if you’re going through a tough time, and are experiencing high levels of stress, then all this stuff can be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. I know from my own experience, going through product after product and service after service with no results can be disheartening at best. So, if this is you, you’re not alone.

What I hope to do is shed a little bit of light on this area and share some things that have worked for me.

If you dive into this field, you’ll find that there is a lot of talk about changing your thoughts, feelings, behaviour, physiology and so on. We’re told that if we just change these things, then the things that bother us, won’t bother us anymore. Unfortunately, negative thoughts and feelings are just symptoms from an overload of stress in our un and subconscious mind. So anything that strictly addresses these things isn’t addressing the root cause of what’s bothering us. Not to say that you won’t benefit from addressing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, but if you never address and heal the underlying stress, they will never heal long term.

What is the source of all this stress? It’s simply our memories. All the events that happened to us when we were young got stored in in our subconscious mind and helped us shape our beliefs about ourselves, life, others, etc. If we interpreted the events based on truth, then we remained ok. If we interpreted the events based on a lie, then we went into fight or flight, developed a destructive belief, our cells closed and now we have a memory that causes stress in our body every time it gets triggered.

These memories literally get stored as a picture in our bodies and are causing our cells to be open (in growth/healing mode) or closed. Effective tools and products are ones that will address your issues on a cellular level. The MOST effective tools are ones that will address all parts of your being, mind, body and spirit, at the deepest level.
